Rexplora was founded in 2024 with a clear realization: the recruitment industry has an experience problem. Most recruiters operate as outsiders. Founder & Managing Director
Throughout his career, Davide has navigated diverse roles, sectors, countries, and companies of all sizes. Starting in the FMCG industry, he gained valuable experience with marketing giants like Unilever and Barilla in Italy and the UK.
Later, he co-founded an organic food business in Australia, deepening his understanding of entrepreneurship and business dynamics. His focus then shifted to strategy, sales, and business management.
Returning to Europe, he led the Spanish branch of an Italian multinational for five years. Subsequently, he launched and expanded a Swedish tech startup in Italy and Spain, gaining expertise in the startup ecosystem, user acquisition, performance marketing, and influencer marketing.
